Calificación promedio de usuarios
The other headquarters of the Cultural Area is the Casa de Bolívar, the place where the young Simón Bolívar stayed when he arrived defeated from Caracas at the end of 1812, and where he wrote the famous "Manifesto of Cartagena" dated December 15 of that same year. . In the house, which functions as an alternate location for the Bartolomé Calvo Library, there is the Literature collection, the children's room, the audiovisual room, the conference room and the Cinematographic Documentation Center.
The continuity of the projects is perhaps the first characteristic of the Bank's work in culture, allowing growth in its collections, activities and number of users. In Cartagena, as in each of its Cultural Areas in the country, countless activities are developed such as conferences, seminars, symposiums, workshops, loan of Didactic Suitcases and Traveling Boxes, projection and loan of literary and anthropological videos, concerts, online catalog, exhibitions, association service and loan of bibliographic material, among many others, and works in coordination with other cultural and educational entities in the city, increasingly allowing greater coverage of the population.
