This is how this place called Tierra Negra was born, inspired by the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and with the purpose of rescuing its importance as a world heritage site through cuisine, design, art and culture.

Our gastronomic offer seeks to promote local haute cuisine, taking as its point of origin the Caribbean Sea and the variety of thermal floors of the mountains to give it a contemporary character with preparation techniques that set the standard at an international level. Tierra Negra cuisine is based on the freshest ingredients that the earth provides us –our land–; in those products, many of them forgotten, that are part of the classic food of the region.
