Our menu has a journey through all the flavors of the Colombian Caribbean coast, which, combined with species and techniques from other cuisines of the world, make Santa Mesa a unique place in Santa Marta, it is the first place for signature cuisine in the city, that rescues the origins of flavors and smells of typical coastal cuisine, where achiote, wild coriander, plantain, green and ripe bananas are the protagonists, passing through meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, pasta and rice.
