A NATURAL ADVENTURE VERY CLOSE
The Barranquilla Zoo is located in the department of Atlántico, Colombia, on Calle 77 between Carreras 68 and 70.
It has an approximate area of 20,000 square meters (2 hectares) and houses a representative sample of our native fauna and exotic species.
The Barranquilla Zoo is one of the tourist, educational and recreational heritage of our department and, in general, of the Colombian Caribbean Region.
During your visit, a must stop is the Barranquilla Zoo, the only one in the Caribbean Region. Few zoos in the world allow such a close approximation with the fauna.
In a space with beautiful landscaping, more than 500 animals of 137 native and exotic species live. It has the only trained animal show in the country: Living Museum
