Those who saw it say that in the Alps there was a tradition that lovers gave their beloved an EDELWEISS flower, or ´´white purity´´ to ask for her hand. For this reason, it was considered the romantic flower in the entire region of Bavaria, in southern Germany, where during the winter, the cold winds hit the trees, broke into the houses, and were calmed by the warmth of the fireplace.

From the depths of the mountains, with the inspiration of hunters and woodcutters, the tradition and personality of this place was formed, as a meeting point, where, after a long day of work, they shared fantastic stories about their daily work, both with relatives as relatives and companions.
Every sixth and seventh day of the week, they gathered in this place to sing, dance and eat the dishes prepared by the local chef, and drink the house beer to the beat of the music performed by the group that from the stage, played and sang. With this day the party began offering everyone in one voice the phrase ´´ ein, zweis, gsuffa´´.
